Reject the diets that offer you the false hope of losing weight quickly, easily and permanently. Get angry at a diet culture that has led you to feel like a failure every time a new diet stopped working and you gained back all of the weight. Scream a loud “no!” to thoughts in your head that declare you’re “good” for eating salad or “bad” for eating ice cream. These are the unreasonable rules that diet culture has created, leading to needless guilt and shame.
